You can view what you have ordered in your shopping basket. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that will enable us to conclude your order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving a description as accurate as possible of the cards. Whilst we endeavour to show a true colour representation of our cards, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your monitor. As all Clique Cards are handmade to order there may be a slight variation between each card produced. You may also notice a minor difference in the setting of embellishments as each card is handcrafted. All orders are subject to material availability; therefore, Clique Cards reserves the right to replace any unavailable materials with one of equal or greater quality.

All greeting cards from Clique Cards are supplied with either a white or colour co-ordinated paper insert left blank for your own message or personalised according to your order requirements. All Clique Cards are supplied with a white or colour co-ordinated envelope.

All Clique Cards offer you the option of personalising the inserts on your greeting card, in order to convey a special message. You also have the opportunity of ordering a customised greeting card to meet your exact requirements.

When personalising the message on your insert or ordering a customised card, please enter the wording exactly as you would like it to be presented on your card. Personalised products are handcrafted by Clique Cards precisely to information you provide on your order, therefore, can only be deemed faulty in this respect if they differ from this.

We accept payment online by most major credit or debit cards. Payments are securely processed online using PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to make your payment. PayPal will not charge the buyer for using this service. You just need to enter a few details that will enable us to conclude your order.

Clique Cards sends all orders via Royal Mail to addresses in the UK. Postage is free for all UK orders. At present we do not ship to addresses outside of the UK. Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system.

To make sure that your order arrives to you in good condition, each card is wrapped in a cellophane bag and packaged in a board-backed envelope before being sent to you.

All Clique Cards are hand made to order. We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving your order, often sooner. During peak postage times, or if you are placing a large order this may be a little longer. If this is the case, Clique Cards will send you an email to notify you.

Should you require your greeting cards urgently, please email us before placing your order.

As all Clique Cards are made to order and personalised or customised to your requirements, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the greeting card is found to be damaged, or does not match your order specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under exceptional circumstances we may agree to cancel an order. However you will incur a cancellation fee.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us with your order details and the changes you wish to make, within 24 hours of placing your order. As all cards are handcrafted, Clique Cards commences production of your greeting card shortly after your order is placed in order for you to receive your card within the allocated delivery time. We will reply via email to notify you if your changes can be made.

Clique Cards endeavour that your order arrives to you in optimum condition, but unfortunately there may be occasions when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund and return of damaged / faulty goods. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Clique Cards deems your privacy and trust as paramount to our customer service and honour the confidentiality of any information you provide us with. We will never disclose your contact information to other organisations unless required to do so by law.

Due to the feature of small embellishments which may become loose and cause a choking hazard, some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years.
